(Pilates x Strength)

This is a low-impact total-body workout created from a Lauren D method of Pilates x Strength to build and improve strength, posture, balance, flexibility and alignment utilizing resistance bands, blocks, gliders, light weights and small exercise balls (ankle weights optional). Whether you are a Gym Rat or Pilates Princess this class will help strengthen and target those deep core and body muscles we need for longevity! Grip sock or barefeet required.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Get amazing results in this no-nonsense, super effective and fun total-body workout by increasing focus, muscle strength and definition using a wide variety of fitness equipment. Plenty of options are given so you can be successful and supported all while unleashing your beast at any age!

This is a strong, dynamic flow that helps cultivate body awareness, empowers students to embrace their unique strengths while giving them a deeper understanding of their yoga practice. Flexibility, Strength and Balance are the foundations of this class. Namaste, Babes!
