This Mat Sculpt class is a low-impact glute and core focused workout to improve strength, posture, balance, flexibility and alignment utilizing resistance bands, blocks, gliders, weights, small exercise balls and ankle weights. Grip socks or bare feet only. This class is not included with membership but worth it!

This is a Vinyasa Flow designed to link the mind, body and breath.
