Yoli Sheridan

Yoga Instructor

Yoli has taught adult fitness classes in Los Angeles, children’s classical ballet, visual fine arts, theater for children, Zumba and Yoga. Her practice and love for yoga has grown through meditation and movement and she is dedicated to bringing peace and wellness to people, animals and the planet with her holistic approach to life both on and off the mat.  After studying her RYT200 at Yoga Farm Ithaca, she is excited, humbled and honored to spread her love of yoga to the community at Lauren D Studios. She strives to pull pieces of her continuous study of life and evolution into a teaching style that is both strong and graceful, empowering and grounding, honoring each student's journey

Shannon Dailey 

Strength Training Instructor

Shannon began her passion for fitness when she first took Lauren D's Zumba class in 2011 and has been taking them since. She then ran her first 5k in 2012 where her love for running was born and she went on to complete many more 5k, 10k and 15ks, the marathon from Sonoma to Napa (more than once), 6 ToughMudders and more. Shannon has actively been participating in dance and fitness classes for over 12 years now which has inspired her to get certified in Strength Training so she can help others in their health and fitness journey at Lauren D Studios.
